Fall Boots
These boots are perfect for transitioning from summer to fall, and when the breezy fall weather finally sets in.
Mules
To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of mules. I didn’t get what they’re for. For me, it’s either sandals or shoes – there shouldn’t be an in-between. That was until I fell in love with a pair of pink mules last Summer. They are very versatile. I get to wear them casually and have even worn them at work.
Mules are also perfect for the awkward transitional weather from summer to fall. Just throw them in with a sweater and jeans or a cami, leggings, and a cardigan and you’re all set.

Ankle Boots
Ankle boots are perfect when it gets a little bit breezy during the fall months. But I do find myself wearing my ankle boots in winter too. I love pairing ankle boots with just about anything – dresses, skinny jeans, leggings, and skirts.

Ankle boots come in a variety of styles – flat, heeled, cutout, lace-up, and so much more! And it’s up to you to decide which style speaks the best to you. But hey, should you decide you need a pair for each style, just go ahead! After all, you can never have enough boots in your closet!

Sneakers
Sneakers are one of my favorite shoes because they’re very versatile and also very comfortable. They can be worn all year round. You can pair them with shorts in the summer, dress in spring, sweater in fall, and just add a coat to wear them in winter.
Sneakers are perfect when it’s not that chilly outside and you’re going to do a lot of walking.

Sock Boots
Sock boots became a trend recently and I am obsessed. I just love how they elevate any outfit you wear them with. I love sock boots so much that I bought 3 of the exact same pairs in different colors (white, red, and fuchsia).
Sock boots are perfect with cropped jeans, leggings, skirts, and dresses. I also love to wear them with pleated midi skirt.

Winter Boots
These boots are perfect to keep your feet warm and toasty in the chilly winter months while also making sure you’re stylish as can be. Although these boots are listed under winter boots, they can absolutely be worn even in fall.
Dress Boots
A pair of classic dress boots is such a closet staple and can be worn for many years. After I sold most of my shoes (after giving birth because none of them fit me anymore) and I had to get another pair when my maternity was almost over, a pair of black dress boots is what I got; because I know if they’re the only pair of boots I’ll own, I can wear them with almost everything.
Dress boots are perfect for your day-to-day office looks, date nights, night outs, or when a special occasion requires you to dress up.

Slouchy Boots
I love how slouchy boots add sophistication to any outfit you wear them with. On top of that, they are very stylish and very timeless. You can wear them with leggings, skirts, dresses, and skinny jeans and look stylish any given day.
I’ve had this pair for 6 years and they’re still one of my go-to because they go well with everything.

Statement Boots
Statement boots are perfect to brighten anyone’s gloomy day especially this winter. They don’t have to be expensive; in fact, you can find some that are very budget-friendly.
I’ve had these turquoise ankle boots for years and they’ve been my favorite statement boots until recently when I found these plaid boots. I got them for under $50 only!!!

Over The Knee Boots
Over the knee boots made wearing mini skirts and short dresses in winter so much more stylish! Although mini skirts and short dresses can also be worn with tall boots, they look really great with over the knee boots.
Of course, over the knee boots can also be worn with leggings and skinny jeans. Although I don’t wear my over the knee boots as much as my other boots because they’re not that practical for a working mom like me, it’s nice to have a pair in my closet when I want to change things up from time to time.

Riding Boots
Riding boots are another closet staple you must have in your wardrobe for fall and winter. They go well with everything. Not to mention that they are timeless and can be worn for many years as well.
Two of the things I really love about riding boots are the fact that they can be dressed up or dressed down; and that they are flat so you don’t need to worry about your feet hurting especially when you’re doing a lot of walking.

Lace Up Boots
Lace up boots make anyone effortlessly certifiably cooler. If you like an easy casual look that is youthful, then lace up boots are for you. I also love wearing lace up boots when I know I’m going to be doing a lot of walking because they’re very comfortable; and when it just snowed outside and I had to go out of the house because their traction is good.
Lace up boots can be found in several styles – flats, heeled, platform, and even tall ones. My go to style has always been the flat ones.

Rain boots
Rain boots are made for those rainy days while maintaining a fun overall look. I love that I am able to wear my rain boots all year long (except summer). If you love a good pop of color in your outfit, just like I do, then rain boots are perfect. They can be worn with almost everything but I love wearing mine with leggings.
Although they said you’re not supposed to wear your rain boots in snow because they’re unlined, I’ve survived a few winter storms wearing mine. I’ve worn 2 socks in them but I was only outside for a maximum of an hour. I don’t think I will last for more than 2 hours playing in the snow wearing rain boots without being too cold though.
