I can’t believe that we’re in December already! But honestly, I’m so excited because there’s only 3 more weeks before Christmas!!! November has been a fun month for my family especially since we did a quick trip to North Carolina for Thanksgiving to see an old friend of mine. Here are my favorite posts for the month of November!

I’ve always been obsessed with anything in leopard print. So when I saw these leopard print booties, I knew I had to have them. The quality is really good and they’re very comfortable for the price I got them in which is really great!

October has been a very busy month for us that we never got to go to a Fall Festival until earlier in November. We went to Cox Farms on the first weekend of November where we rode all the giant slides and the hay ride! We had so much fun and can’t wait to do it again next year.

We recently did a collaboration with Carter’s, one of the brands we truly love; and it was so much fun doing the photo shoot for that campaign. I just really adore how the photos turned out from our photo shoot, especially this one. This pose wasn’t scripted at all!!! My son just wanted to lie down on his stomach, and my daughter followed shortly. We were all just laughing about it and I kept clicking away! I’m so glad I captured that moment.

I’ve been into wraps and ponchos lately and have been using this wrap I got from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale last July A LOT!!! I’ve worn it with jeans and leggings; but this is my favorite look that I’ve created with it so far. You’ve probably already seen this outfit last month when I included it in my roundup of Thanksgiving outfit ideas. Because seriously, I am obsessed with this wrap since it’s so cozy. It’s so cozy that sometimes my husband wears it at home when he can’t find his jacket!

This pair of boots has always been an eye catcher! I bought them 4 years ago but never got to use them until last year. A few months after I bought them, my knees got injured so bad from running that I had to stop wearing heels for over a year. The year after that, I got pregnant with my daughter; and of course, shortly after, with my son. My shoe size did change with the 2 pregnancies that I tried to sell them. A lot of people were interested in buying them but my feet were so tiny and they won’t fit them.
Good thing, my feet shrank a little bit which allowed me to wear them FINALLY! DSW actually sent me a gift card just because they saw me rocking these boots on Twitter from last year’s New Year’s Eve outfit idea post.
Love Family, a personalized book, from Loving Lion Books is one of our current favorite books. I love how this book can be personalized so that it mostly reflects the race and/or ethnicity of our family. The kids love the vibrant illustrations and how they can associate their real life friends with the characters in the book because of how diverse the kids are in this children’s book. I also love how it teaches my kids valuable lessons such as helping out at home, and having a close and loving relationship to family members. But more importantly, it teaches them to embrace diversity which is truly a great lesson to instill to our kids. You can read more about my in-depth review of the book here.

We’ve recently spent an entire day at Gaylord National Resort where we did a lot of fun Christmas family activities. Whenever I’m going to be running around with the kids all day, leggings have always been my go to. And I thought my cozy chunky sweater would be perfect with the leggings for a busy day with my family.
