As you probably already know, embroidery is one of my favorite trends, apart from the cold shoulder and bell sleeve trends. So when I’ve gotten a request to style a pair of embroidered jeans for winter; I got really excited! Embroidered jeans are so easy to wear regardless of the season. You just have to know how to pair them with the right pieces to make it work. Back in spring, I paired my embroidered jeans with bell sleeve top; and in fall, I wore them with a cape coat. Today, I’m sharing 4 cute ways to wear embroidered jeans in…

If there’s one trend that I wish would never go away, it would be the bell sleeves trend. Granted I found out the hard way that it’s hard to pull off a bell sleeve top whenever I’m with my kids; that won’t stop me from wearing one (when I won’t be with my kids all day). Because seriously, it is truly, by far, one of my favorite trends. So imagine how ecstatic I was when I started seeing bell sleeve sweaters everywhere! I did what I usually do! I shopped… A LOT! I didn’t stop at 1 bell sleeve sweater;…

My daughter first started showing interest in the potty when she was 18 months. Being the excited mom that I am, I rushed to my nearest Target the first chance I got and purchased this potty. One day, she said she wanted to go to the potty so we just sat her there and she peed on her own. That was pretty exciting for us but we didn’t do anything after that because her school won’t be able to do potty training until she’s in the 2’s room. Since my husband and I work full time during weekdays and she’s mostly in school, we didn’t want her getting confused; so we decided to wait until she has moved up to the 2’s room, where they’ll be taught how to use the potty, before we start potty training at home.

If you’ve read one of my earlier posts, you’d know that I managed to get through my pregnancies without having to buy maternity clothes. And it’s not because my belly was so small that I didn’t even have to; I just didn’t want to. Why? First, they’re expensive; and second (at least for me), there’s not much variety. Instead of spending money on something I know I won’t be able to use after I deliver, I stuck to what I already have  (sweater dresses, empire cut tops/dresses, loose tops/dresses, etc.) as much as I could. I maximized wearing jeans by using…

Note: I may receive commissions from clicks or purchases made through links in this post at no additional cost to you. While I wish these commissions were enough to let me stay at home with my kids, they’re really for paying the fees to keep this site up and running. Thank you for your continued support! When I got pregnant with my daughter, just like most first-time moms, I knew nothing about motherhood. I didn’t know what stuff to get and what I shouldn’t, which stuff works and which don’t. Google was my friend back then; I went through several different sites and got…
