You may have noticed that I’ve taken a few breaks for the past couple of weeks because I’ve been traveling and enjoying the holiday with my family. I hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving with your family and enjoyed all the Black Friday deals. I know I did!

I decided to come back from my break with my third installment of 4 Ways to Wear Chambray Shirt Series. This series is all about featuring my favorite ways to wear a chambray shirt in the colder months. In the past, I’ve worn it with jeans and leggings; so be sure to check these 2 posts out if you haven’t yet.

Today, I’ve paired my chambray shirt with a skirt. You can wear it with different kinds of skirt like pencil skirt for a more polished look or with a maxi skirt if you’re into looking casual yet chic. I’ve decided to pair mine with this textured mesh a-line skirt to give my outfit a good contrast; then finished off my look with a pair of black ankle boots and pinkish nude shoulder bag.

    • It really is; that skirt is in the top of my favorites! I’d love to have one. Yes, chambray is different from denim; it looks like denim but feels like cotton. Hope that helps.

  48. You look great! I finally picked up a chambray shirt earlier this year after wanting one for awhile but not being sure if I’d get a lot of use out of it. Oh my gosh, I wear that all the time with so many things! Love it!
