It's almost Thanksgiving and you've probably seen a lot of posts about being thankful for all the blessings they've received, their family and friends. While I am also absolutely grateful for all these things and more, this year, I want to focus on the bad things that happened to me. It's not every day you get to hear someone say "Be thankful for the bad things in your life". It's hard to be thankful for...

There's just nothing better than doing all our Christmas traditions like putting up and seeing all the festive decors, listening to Christmas songs, having family dinner, opening Christmas presents, getting together and catching up with all my relatives, and of course, dressing up. Now that I'm a mom, shopping coordinating outfits for my kids has been part of my Christmas tradition. With November rolling around and the temperature FINALLY dropping, I couldn't help but get excited with all the Christmas feels! And that got me to start early. Which is why I already finished putting up all my Christmas decors; and I'm also done shopping Christmas outfits for my kids. Of course, Carter's has made my life easier for the nth time because they have the perfect coordinating outfits for holiday dressing. Today, I partnered with Carter's to share with you how to adorably dress siblings in coordinating outfits without matching for Christmas.

We found out that my son has a severe peanut allergy on his first birthday. We were given an EpiPen prescription because there's a risk that he'll have anaphylactic shock if he ingests peanut. We immediately banned peanut inside our house as soon as we found out. It took us a while to get used to it because no one else in the family has an allergy (and I hope it stays that way); but...

This year is really flying by! October has always been an eventful month for us since I became a mom, because of all the fun fall activities that we always try to do with the kids. And this year is pretty much the same, considering we've yet to go to a fall festival and enjoy the fall foliage. So my Instagram posts for the past month is a good combination of the outfits I wore and the activities that we did. I know I said in my previous post that I'll be sharing only 5 Instagram posts every month, but there are so many things that I love that happened in October; and I want to share them with you. Here are my favorite posts for October!

How are you doing? Did you have a wonderful weekend? Our weekend was relaxed yet still exhausting! What an irony, right? We haven't had a chill weekend in a while since we always had to do some shoots for the blog, so I thought it would be nice not to do anything blog-related last weekend. But of course, with all the chores we had to do and errands we had to run over the weekend, my husband and I still ended up exhausted. But it was good; my husband and I were able to enjoy a few bottles of beer on Friday night! And we all went to bed at 7 PM on Sunday! Today, I'd like to share an outfit I wore when we went apple picking 2 weekends ago, a sleeveless vest paired with distressed jeans.

Growing up in the Philippines, you can quickly feel the Christmas spirit as soon as September hits. Everywhere you go feels like Christmas! I remember when I was younger, my mom and I would always fill our house with Christmas decorations as soon as September starts; we would always go out and get ourselves some delicacies that are only being sold during the Christmas season; and we would sing along to Christmas songs while they're...

woman having a relaxing flower bath, spoil yourself mom Moms, let's be honest... When was the last time you spoiled yourself? How many times did you feel like all you do is care for your family that oftentimes you take yourself for granted? I always do! Most of the time, I feel like I spend the entire day making sure my family's needs are met - their meals and snacks are served on time, their clothes are washed and put away, the kids have enough activities throughout the day to keep them entertained, and so much more - that I never got the chance to do the things I want to do. Before having kids, I used to have time to do the things I love to do like working out every single day, giving myself a manicure every single week, and traveling to places I've always wanted to visit.

woman wearing different fall outfits - shorts paired with converse high tops and leather jacket, sheer top paired with distressed jeans and sandals, and cold shoulder top paired with shorts and ankle boots I realized I haven't done as much fashion posts as I'd like to lately; you've probably noticed that too. My life has been crazy busy and extremely eventful recently that I just don't have enough time to work on my blog. You probably miss my fashion posts. And since I usually share some life updates and my outfits on Instagram, I realized I should do an Instagram roundup post every month.
