02 May Floral Maxi Dress + Straw Hat
Happy Tuesday! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Mine has been so much fun! I attended a bridal shower for a dear friend of mine last Saturday! I got to meet a bunch of awesome ladies who are just as happy as I am, maybe even more, for her; and got to spend some time with a couple of my good friends. Then on Sunday, my husband and I took the kids to Kid Junction, an indoor playground, and spent the entire morning there. It was a really nice place; they have a nice variety of activities for kids. There is a huge climbing area with small to medium slides, a smaller climbing area with 2 small slides for kids 3 years old and below, a place for kids 2 years old and below to play, an arcade, and different rooms for imaginative play – pizza parlor, veterinary clinic, grocery, and so much more. The kids had so much fun; my daughter even told us she enjoyed our morning activity on our way home. So that made my day! Anyway, today, I want to share my favorite floral maxi dress with you.
Note: I may receive commissions from clicks or purchases made through links in this post at no additional cost to you. While I wish these commissions were enough to let me stay at home with my kids, they’re really for paying the fees to keep this site up and running. Thank you for your continued support!

You’ve probably known by now that I love fun prints, and floral is one of them. I love anything floral any time of the year, especially during spring. Which is why I try to shop for clothes with fun prints every chance I get; so of course, I had to get this floral maxi dress when I did my recent online spring shopping.
I love everything about this floral maxi dress!!! I love that it’s a wrap dress which means that I pretty much control how tight I want it to be. The pops of color are really pretty; I can already see myself pairing it with green, white, and yellow accessories. Can we also talk about the length? I am not a very tall person so it’s actually very hard for me to find a maxi dress that fits me just right; but this one did. The material and the slit makes this dress even more feminine; and I love how lightweight it is so I can still probably wear this in summer.
Maxi dresses can be worn multiple ways, which is another reason why I love them. You can wear them as is with flats, with dressier heels, with boots, or under a denim jacket. Plus, if you’re pregnant, maxi dresses are great pieces to invest in. During my 2 pregnancies, I got a bunch of maxi dresses that I lived off of especially during the last trimester; and I never had to wear even a single maternity dress. And the best part is I still get to wear those maxi dresses even after giving birth!
